I don't know how long he's gonna go to jail for? Anyone know? Is he off the hook? Is he free to sign with a team now?

As far as I've heard so far his trial got postponed, which i think is a way for the defense( him) to get a plea bargain deal. Otherwise if he is convicted it is a minimum 3 and a half year jail term.
but then again, i heard it in the background on the tv a few days ago.
yeah i heard it got "dismissed" so i didn't know if they meant thrown out or what. or if he takes a plea that will keep him out of jai. maybe the judge will say he already sentenced himself by enduring a bullet in the leg haha. who knows.
